Hello, I'm Trey, and am 35 years into this embodiment.
I have been circulating through the world of medical technology and health & wellness for the majority of my life. I recently ended my career in the medical technology field working with fortune 500 companies such as Stryker, Smith & Nephew, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center over the last ten years. Don't let those cheeky big name companies fool you, I was completely unhappy and on the wrong side of mental and physical well-being for the majority of those ten years. At the time, I considered myself "healthy" as I fueled myself with fast food (aka non-foods), sodas, sugar, alcohol, little sleep, and the occasional testosterone therapy shot. On the outside it seemed as if I had my SELF in check, but in turn, I was totally on the opposite end of the health and well-being spectrum. Needless to say, I was fueling the surface level of my ego the upmost extent.

My philosophy on health and wellness (and life in general) has become constantly varied over the last decade and especially within the last year or two. This change brought me to a new found connection when I started CrossFit in April 2014, where I immediately fell in love with the varied movements and different modalities of intensity. I began coaching CrossFit full time in 2017 and found out that my passion lies within the art of helping people become overall BETTER versions of themselves.
Over the years of researching and waking up to what practices can optimize humans to their full potential, I found Paul Chek and his holistic approach to life. Paul is a world-renowned expert in the fields of corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, stress management and holistic wellness. For over thirty years, Paul’s unique, integrated approach to treatment and education has changed the lives of many of his clients, his students and their clients.
After diving deep into Paul's work I decided to complete his Holistic Lifestyle Coaching certification course to obtain the knowledge and guidelines in place to better serve my clients. My methods are NOT solely concerned on how you look, diet plans, or the number on the scale. They are based on supercharging your energy systems, decreasing stress levels, and boosting your immune system . With increased energy and better stress management, you’ll find your new lifestyle choices have a positive impact on every aspect of your day to day life without restrictive dieting or boring workouts.

A few views that have changed:
I no longer view appearance as a measure of health.
Dieting is one of the most common risk factors in the development of eating disorders.
Your body is NOT a BEFORE picture.
Realizing the PROCESS of implementing healthy habits and extracting negative ones takes the glory. Not a number on the scale.
With that being said, I am providing my services for people who want to get overall happier, focus on injury prevention and longevity, more flexible, become stronger and more capable to meet performance needs for real world activities. Connecting, optimizing, and inspiring other humans was what brought the most humbling sense of fulfillment that I could possibly obtain. I was taught that to form connections, you must be of service. If you focus your energy on genuinely trying to add value to each person you meet (not just those you think can help you), you will find that the world begins to open to you. SO HERE I AM.
